2EXECUTIVE SEARCH
ANALYSIS
- Analysis of the company- and function-specific requirements of the position during a personal discussion with HR and the relevant operating department, usually on-site
- Clarification of the personality profile ("soft skills") of the candidate with regard to the company culture and structure.
- Laying out of the search strategy and generation of the target company list.
RESEARCH
- Market and network research
- Identification and initial qualification of potentially suitable candidates
- Generation of the "long list" (list of possible candidates based on industry sector, position, and function)
SELECTION
- Professional approach to the identified/recommended persons and clarification of the interests of the parties
- Prequalification of interested candidates
- Performance of structured interviews
- Preparation of informative dossiers of the most suitable candidates with a comprehensive assessment of their skills and personal qualifications
PRESENTATION
- Presentation of the candidates to the client
